Our Founder
Teresa is a human who touched down on Earth in 1990. A Jamaican, millennial, talk therapist, neurodivergent, queer, author, system questioning, “mad” scientist on a mission to Sit With society and it’s impact on human life.
After almost a decade of being a therapist, she grew bored of pathology. She began dreaming day and night of how to use alchemy on the problems everyone has in common, Social Determinants of Health. Everyday she takes time to Sit With her creative inner world in order to manifest positive change for the globe <3

Sit With is here to make sure you have support as we all globally transition through geopolitical scares, climate crisis, a dying world war generation, and burn out.
